أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نَصْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْجَلَّالَةِ، وَعَنِ النُّهْبَةِ. وَرُوِي مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that on the day of the conquest of Makkah the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade eating the meat of the animal that feeds on filth and anything taken as plunder.
