Bayhaqi 19202 — Prohibition of eating the meat of sacrifices

Ash'ath bin Abd al-Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) that plucking dates at night, harvesting at night and sacrificing at night were forbidden, and that was only because of the hardship of people's circumstances: if a man did it at night, he was forbidden from it, and then permission was given for it.
