حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ثنا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، قَالَ: وَرَدَّ إِلَيْهِمْ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ أَرْضَهُمْ وَصَالَحَهُمْ عَلَى الْخَرَاجِ.
Al-Hasan bin Salih narrates from Ibn Abi Layla that Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) returned their lands to them and made a treaty with them on (payment of) kharaj.
