حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: لَيْسَ لِأَهْلِ السَّوَادِ عَهْدٌ، إِنَّمَا نَزَلُوا عَلَى حُكْمٍ.
Jabir (al-Ju'fi) narrates from Amir (al-Sha'bi) (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said: The people of al-Sawad had no covenant; they only surrendered to a ruling.
