أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: " لَا يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَ الْأَمَةِ وَوَلَدِهَا فِي الْقِسْمَةِ تَقَعُ ". فَقَالَ لَهُ سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ: وَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْتَدِلِ الْقَسْمُ؟ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: " وَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْتَدِلِ الْقَسْمُ ".
Salim bin Abdullah narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a slave woman and her child are not to be separated in a division (of property). Salim bin Abdullah said: Even if the division does not come out equal? Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Even if the division does not come out equal.
