أَخْبَرْنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ النَّحْوِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا تَمْتَامٌ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " كُلُّ قَسْمٍ قُسِمَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَهُوَ عَلَى مَا قُسِمَ عَلَيْهِ، وَكُلُّ قَسْمٍ قُسِمَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ فَهُوَ عَلَى مَا قُسِمَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ " لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ تَمْتَامٍ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ حَدِيثُ مَالِكٍ مَوْصُولًا..
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Every division that was made in the Jahiliyyah remains as it was, and every division that was made in accordance with Islamic principles will remain as it is."
