وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ، ثنا يَحْيَى، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ الْقَارِيُّ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: " كَانُوا لَا يَقْتُلُونَ تُجَّارَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ".
Abu al-Zubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that they used not to kill the merchants of the idolaters. [Weak]
