Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The one who consumes usury (riba) and the one who pays it, and its two witnesses when they know it, the woman who tattoos and the woman who has herself tattooed, the one who withholds charity, and the one who reverts to being a Bedouin after the emigration: all of them are cursed on the tongue of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)."
Yahya bin Isa alone narrated it in this way; al-Thawri and others narrated it from al-A'mash, from Abdullah bin Murrah bin al-Harith.
