وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، أنبأ مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، بِهَذَا الْمَعْنَى قَالَ: وَأَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ: " إِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُ ".
The previous narration is also reported from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both). The narrator said: I think he said regarding the fifth time: "If he drinks it, then kill him."
