أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ، يَقُولُ: عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " كُلُّ مُخَمَّرٍ خَمْرٌ، وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ، وَمَنْ شَرِبَ مُسْكِرًا بُخِسَتْ صَلَاتُهُ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا، فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَإِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ طِينَةِ الْخَبَالِ " قِيلَ: وَمَا طِينَةُ الْخَبَالِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: " صَدِيدُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ، وَمَنْ سَقَاهُ صَغِيرًا لَا يَعْرِفُ حَلَالَهُ مِنْ حَرَامِهِ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ طِينَةِ الْخَبَالِ ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every intoxicant is wine (khamr), and every intoxicant is unlawful. Whoever drinks an intoxicant, his prayer is not accepted for forty days; if he repents, Allah accepts his repentance. If he drinks a fourth time, it is a right upon Allah that He will give him the pus of the people of Hell to drink. Likewise, whoever gives wine to a small child who does not know the lawful from the unlawful, Allah will also give him the pus of the people of Hell to drink."
