Bayhaqi 17153 — One who accuses a man of zina with his own wife

Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A man said to another: "You only ever commit zina and what is forbidden with your wife." So he reported this to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "He has falsely accused me." He (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "He has accused you of something that is lawful for you."
This is munqati' (disconnected).
