أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو ⦗٤٢٨⦘ الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أنبأ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أنبأ سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ ثُمَامَةَ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، " كَانَ إِذَا زَنَى مَمْلُوكُهُ أَمَرَ بَعْضَ بَنِيهِ فَأَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ ".
Thumamah bin Anas (may Allah have mercy on him) said that whenever a slave woman committed adultery, Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) would tell his sons to establish the prescribed punishment on her.
