قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ، ثنا عَلِيٌّ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: وَلَدَتْ أَمَةٌ لِبَعْضِ أَزْوَاجِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَقِمْ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدَّ " فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ وَرُوِّينَا فِيمَا مَضَى عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى.
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that a slave woman belonging to one of the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave birth, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: "Establish the prescribed punishment (hadd) on her."
