أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ، ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ سَوَّارٍ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْبَرَاءِ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ، " عَنْ خَالِهِ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا، تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ، أَوِ امْرَأَةَ ابْنِهِ، كَذَا قَالَ أَبُو خَالِدٍ، فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَتَلَهُ ".
Sayyiduna Bara' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from his maternal uncle that a man married his father's wife, or his son's wife (so Abu Khalid said), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent for him and he was killed.
