وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، وَأَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ ابْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الَّذِي يَأْتِي الْبَهِيمَةَ، قَالَ: " لَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) was asked: What if someone commits bestiality with an animal? He said: There is no hadd punishment upon him.
