وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْعَبَّاسَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيَّ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ يَزِيدَ بْنَ هَارُونَ، أنبأ الْيَمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، قَالَ: شَهِدْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ أُتِيَ بِسَبْعَةٍ أُخِذُوا فِي لُوَاطَةٍ، أَرْبَعَةٌ مِنْهُمْ قَدْ أَحْصَنُوا النِّسَاءَ، وَثَلَاثَةٌ لَمْ يُحْصِنُوا، فَأَمَرَ بِالْأَرْبَعَةِ فَأُخْرِجُوا مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَرُضِحُوا بِالْحِجَارَةِ، وَأَمَرَ بِالثَّلَاثَةِ فَضُرِبُوا الْحُدُودَ، وَابْنُ عُمَرَ وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ.
Ata' (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I was with Sayyiduna Ibn al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) when seven offenders arrested for sodomy were brought; four were married and three unmarried. He ordered concerning the four: Take them away and stone them. And he had the hadd of lashes carried out on the three in the mosque. Sayyiduna Ibn Umar and Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) were also present.
