فَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أنا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً اسْتُحِيضَتْ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأُمِرَتْ أَنْ تُؤَخِّرَ الظُّهْرَ وَتُعَجِّلَ الْعَصْرَ وَتَغْتَسِلَ لَهُمَا غُسْلًا وَالْمَغْرِبُ وَالْعِشَاءُ تُؤَخِّرُ هَذِهِ وَتُعَجِّلُ هَذِهِ وَتَغْتَسِلُ لَهُمَا غُسْلًا وَتَغْتَسِلُ لِلصُّبْحِ غُسْلًا وَهَكَذَا رَوَاهُ جَمَاعَةٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ وَذَكَرَ جَمَاعَةٌ مِنْهُمُ امْتِنَاعَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ مِنْ رَفْعِ الْحَدِيثِ.
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that a woman began to have istihadah (irregular bleeding) in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and she was ordered: "She should delay Zuhr and hasten Asr and perform one ritual bath (ghusl) for both of them; and delay Maghrib and pray Isha early and perform one ghusl for both of them; and perform one ghusl for the morning prayer."
