وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالُوا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ، أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ السُّنَّةَ مَضَتْ فِي الْعَقْلِ بِأَنَّ فِي اللِّسَانِ الدِّيَةَ،.
Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the Sunnah is that for the tongue there is the diyah.
