أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ أَبُو الشَّيْخِ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، ثنا شَيْبَانُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فِي الْأَنْفِ إِذَا جُدِعَ بِالدِّيَةِ كَامِلَةً، وَإِذَا جُدِعَتْ ثَنْدُوَتُهُ، فَنِصْفُ الْعَقْلِ: خَمْسُونَ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ أَوْ عِدْلُهَا مِنَ الذَّهَبِ أَوِ الْوَرِقِ.
Amr bin Shu'ayb narrates from his father, from his grandfather (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) "fixed the full diyah for the nose. If one nostril of the nose is affected, there is half the diyah for it, or its equivalent in gold or silver."
