وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أنبأ يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، قَالَ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فِي الْجِرَاحَاتِ فِي الْمُوضِحَةِ فَصَاعِدًا، قَضَى فِي الْمُوضِحَةِ بِخَمْسٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ، وَفِي السِّنِّ خَمْسًا، وَفِي الْمُنَقِّلَةِ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ، وَفِي الْجَائِفَةِ الثُّلُثَ، وَفِي الْآمَّةِ الثُّلُثَ، وَجَعَلَ فِي النَّفْسِ الدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً، وَفِي الْأُذُنِ نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ، وَفِي الْيَدِ نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ، وَفِي الرِّجْلِ نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ، وَفِي الذَّكَرِ الدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً، وَفِي اللِّسَانِ الدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً، وَفِي الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ الدِّيَةَ.
Makhul (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled concerning wounds: "For an exposed wound there are five camels, and for a tooth also five camels. For a head wound there are 15 camels; for a wound to the abdomen and for a head wound in which the bone becomes exposed there is one third of the blood money for a life, and for a life the full blood money. For an ear, a hand and a foot half the blood money, for the penis the full blood money, for the tongue the full blood money, and for the two testicles the blood money."
