أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ نا حَاتِمُ بْنُ يُونُسَ الْجُرْجَانِيُّ، نا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، نا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْكُوفِيُّ، نا الْمُظَاهِرُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " تُطَلَّقُ الْأَمَةُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ وَتَعْتَدُّ حَيْضَتَيْنِ ".
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A slave woman is to be divorced with two divorces, and she is to observe a waiting period of two menstrual cycles."
