Bayhaqi 15413 — The words of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أنا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي قَوْلِهِ: {وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَنْ يَكْتُمْنَ مَا خَلَقَ اللهُ فِي أَرْحَامِهِنَّ} [البقرة: ٢٢٨] قَالَ: " أَكْثَرُ مَا عُنِيَ بِهِ الْحَيْضُ ".
It is narrated from Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) that, concerning the saying of Allah Almighty: "And it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs" [Surah al-Baqarah: 228], he said: Most of what is meant by it is menstruation.
