Bayhaqi 15365 — There is neither li'an nor prescribed punishment
وَرَوَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، وَزَادَ فِي آخِرِ الْحَدِيثِ: فَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَنْتَفِيَ مِنْهُ. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ نا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ فَذَكَرَهُ.
Ibn Abi Dhi'b (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from al-Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) with the same meaning as the hadith of Ibn Uyaynah (may Allah have mercy on him), and at the end of the hadith there is an addition: "He (peace and blessings be upon him) did not grant him a concession to deny the child."
