أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أنا الرَّبِيعُ، أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنا سَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ فِي الْإِيلَاءِ " أَنْ يَحْلِفَ أَنْ لَا يَمَسَّهَا أَبَدًا أَوْ سِتَّةَ أَشْهُرٍ أَوْ أَكْثَرَ أَوْ مَا زَادَ عَلَى أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ أَوْ نَحْوَ ذَلِكَ ".
Ibn Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father (may Allah have mercy on him) concerning ila (al-ila') that the husband swears not to have intercourse forever, or for six months or more, or for more than four months, or something similar.
