Bayhaqi 15221 — One who said: the one who takes an oath of abstention

Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Sayyiduna Abu Dharr and Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: After the period has passed, the one who took the oath will be made to stand: either he takes her back or he divorces her.
