Bayhaqi 15216 — One who said: the one who takes an oath of abstention

Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Layla narrates from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the one who takes an oath of ila will be made to stand after four months: either he takes his wife back or he divorces her.
