وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ، نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ⦗٦٠٧⦘ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ: سُئِلَ الْقَاسِمُ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ كَمْ تُطَلَّقُ؟ قَالَ: " طَلَاقُهَا اثْنَتَانِ وَعِدَّتُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ " قَالَ: فَقِيلَ لَهُ أَبَلَغَكَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا؟ قَالَ: " لَا ".
Zayd bin Aslam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that al-Qasim (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about the divorces of a slave woman. He said: Her divorces are two and her waiting period is two menstrual cycles. When he was asked: Has anything reached you about this from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)? He said: No.
