وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ قَالَا: نا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، نا عُمَرُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ الْمُسْلِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِيسَى، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْعَوْفِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " طَلَاقُ الْأَمَةِ ثِنْتَانِ وَعِدَّتُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ " تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ الْمُسْلِيُّ هَكَذَا مَرْفُوعًا وَكَانَ ضَعِيفًا وَالصَّحِيحُ مَا رَوَاهُ سَالِمٌ وَنَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَى مَا مَضَى.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The divorces of a slave woman are two, and her waiting period is two menstrual cycles."
Only Umar bin Shabib al-Musli narrated it in this marfu' form (attributed to the Prophet), and he was da'if (weak); the correct version is what Salim and Nafi' narrated from Ibn Umar as mawquf (his own statement), as has preceded.
