أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى آلِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " يَنْكِحُ الْعَبْدُ امْرَأَتَيْنِ وَيُطَلِّقُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ".
Abdullah bin Utbah narrates from Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) that a slave may marry two women and may give two divorces.
