وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَعَلَ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِهَا فَطَلَّقَتْ نَفْسَهَا أَلْفًا فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فَقَالَ: " هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا ".
Al-Qasim bin Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a man entrusted his authority to his wife, and the wife gave a thousand divorces. The matter was brought to Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him), and he said: It is one, and the man has more right to the woman.
