Bayhaqi 15017 — One who said that the indirect expressions count

Al-Sha'bi narrates from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the words 'al-khaliyyah, al-bariyyah, al-battah, al-ba'in' and 'haram', on account of intention, are equivalent to three divorces.
The Shaykh said: On account of intention, this is equivalent to three divorces.
The first narration has a more authentic chain.
