أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَرْوَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، ثنا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، أَنْهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَا يَحِلُّ لِي مِنِ امْرَأَتِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ؟ قَالَ: " لَكَ مَا فَوْقَ الْإِزَارِ " قَالَ: وَذَكَرَ مُؤَاكَلَةَ الْحَائِضِ أَيْضًا وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ عَمُّهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ وَقِيلَ حَرَامُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ.
Haram bin Hakim narrates from his paternal uncle that he asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): What is permissible for me from my wife while she is menstruating? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "For you is what is above the waist-wrap." He said: He also mentioned eating with a menstruating woman. His uncle Abdullah bin Sa'd al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) related the long hadith, and it has also been said that Haram bin Mu'awiyah narrates it from his uncle Abdullah bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him).
