أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْمُحَمَّدَآبَاذِيُّ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُوسَى، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ مِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُبَاشِرُكِ وَأَنْتِ حَائِضٌ؟ قَالَتْ: وَأَنَا عَارِكٌ كَانَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " اتَّزِرِي بِنْتَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ " ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُنِي لَيْلًا طَوِيلًا قُلْتُ: أَكَانَ يَأْكُلُ مَعَكِ وَأَنْتِ حَائِضٌ؟ قَالَتْ: إِنْ كَانَ لَيُنَاوِلُنِي الْعَرْقَ فَأَعَضُّ مِنْهُ، ثُمَّ يَأْخُذُهُ مِنِّي فَيَعَضُّ مَكَانَ الَّذِي عَضَضْتُ مِنْهُ قُلْتُ: هَلْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَشْرَبُ مِنْ شَرَابِكِ؟ قَالَتْ: كَانَ يُنَاوِلُنِي الْإِنَاءَ فَأَشْرَبُ مِنْهُ، ثُمَّ يَأْخُذُهُ فَيَضَعُ فَاهُ حَيْثُ وَضَعْتُ فِيَّ فَيَشْرَبُ ".
Miqdam bin Shurayh narrates from his father that he said: I asked Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her): Did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) have bodily contact (mubasharah) with you while you were menstruating? She said: When I was menstruating, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would say: "Daughter of Abu Bakr, tie on your waist-wrap." Then he would remain in bodily contact with me through a long night. I said: Did he (peace and blessings be upon him) eat with you while you were menstruating? She said: He (peace and blessings be upon him) would hand me a bone (with meat on it) and I would gnaw at it; then he (peace and blessings be upon him) would take it and gnaw from the very place where I had gnawed. I said: Did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) drink from what you had drunk? She said: He (peace and blessings be upon him) would hand me the vessel and I would drink; then he would take it and put his mouth on the very place where I had put mine, and then he (peace and blessings be upon him) would drink.
