أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الدَّارَقُطْنِيِّ الْحَافِظُ قَالَ: إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ الْمِصْرِيُّ مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ.
Al-Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Isma'il bin Abi Umayyah al-Misri is matruk al-hadith (abandoned in hadith).
