وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ، أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، نا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، نا الْيَمَانُ أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ، وَخَارِجَةُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ فَأَمَّا خَارِجَةُ فَحَدَّثَنَا عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، وَأَمَّا الْيَمَانُ فَحَدَّثَنَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْسٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ ⦗٥٢٤⦘ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا رَضَاعَ بَعْدَ فِصَالٍ، وَلَا يُتْمَ بَعْدَ احْتِلَامٍ، وَلَا عِتْقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ مِلْكٍ، وَلَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ نِكَاحٍ " وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ.
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no suckling (that establishes fosterage) after weaning, no orphanhood after puberty, no freeing without ownership, and no divorce before marriage."
