Bayhaqi 1483 — Intercourse with a menstruating woman is not permitted

وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، فِي الْحَائِضِ إِذَا طَهُرَتْ مِنَ الدَّمِ قَالَ: " لَا يَأْتِيهَا زَوْجُهَا حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ ".
Al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the menstruating woman, when she becomes pure from the blood: Her husband should not come to her until she has taken a ritual bath.
