أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ، نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، نا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " احْذَرُوا بَيْتًا يُقَالُ لَهُ الْحَمَّامُ " قِيلَ: فَإِنَّهُ يَذْهَبُ بِالْوَسَخِ وَيَنْفَعُ قَالَ: " فَمَنْ دَخَلَهُ فَلْيَسْتَتِرْ " قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ: هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ وَغَيْرُهُ مَقْطُوعًا وَرَوَاهُ يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ مَوْصُولًا.
Ibn Tawus narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of the houses called bathhouses." It was said: They remove dirt and are beneficial. He said: "Whoever enters them should enter covered."
Sulayman said: Abu Nu'aym and others narrated it thus, as disconnected (maqtu'), while Ya'la bin Ubayd narrated it as connected (mawsul).
