The son of Jabir bin Atik says: My father (Sayyiduna Jabir bin Atik, may Allah be pleased with him) narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Jealousy is of two kinds: 1. that which Allah loves, 2. that which Allah does not love. The jealousy that Allah loves is that which is based on suspicion, and the jealousy that Allah does not love is that which is without suspicion. And the pride that is shown at the time of fighting and of giving charity, Allah loves it, and the pride that is shown in falsehood, Allah dislikes it."
