Jabir (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) that he disliked the scattering of sugar. Amir (may Allah have mercy on him) said: There is no harm in it. And Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I saw righteous people who, when they brought sugar, would set it down, and they disliked scattering it.
