وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَخْتَوَيْهِ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ، ذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ: ثُمَّ دَسَّتْ تَحْتَ ثَوْبِي وَرَدَّتْنِي بِبَعْضِهِ. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى، وَرَوَاهُ سَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، وَزَادَ فِيهِ قَالَ: ثُمَّ هَيَّأَهَا فَإِذَا هِيَ مِثْلُهَا حِينَ أَكَلُوا مِنْهَا.
Yahya bin Yahya (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I read to Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him), and he mentioned a hadith like it, (in which it says) that she tucked it under my garment and gave me some of it as it was.
(b) Sa'd bin Sa'id narrates from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), and in it there is the addition that when Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her) came to that food after all the people had eaten and left, the food was just as it had been.
