أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَاصِمُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ فَزَارَةَ جِيءَ بِهَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ تَزَوَّجْتُ عَلَى نَعْلَيْنِ، فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَرَضِيتِ مِنْ نَفْسِكِ وَمَالِكِ بِنَعْلَيْنِ؟ " قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ " فَأَجَازَهُ " عَاصِمُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ تَكَلَّمُوا فِيهِ وَمَعَ ضَعْفِهِ رَوَى عَنْهُ الْأَئِمَّةُ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amir bin Rabi'ah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from his father that a woman of Banu Fazarah came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said that she had married for a pair of sandals. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Are you content with a pair of sandals in return for yourself and your wealth?" She said: Yes. So he (peace and blessings be upon him) upheld this as valid too.
