أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ حَسَنٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ ⦗٣٧٧⦘ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَرَّرِ بْنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ عَزْلِ الْحُرَّةِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهَا ".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade 'azl with a free woman except with her permission.
