قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنِي الرُّكَيْنُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا طَلْقٍ، يَقُولُ: إِنَّ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ شُعْبَةَ " أَجَّلَ الْعِنِّينَ سَنَةً ".
Abu Talq said that Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to give the impotent man a respite of one year.
