أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَا: نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدٌ، ثنا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ، وَمُعَلَّى قَالَا: أنبأ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ رُفِعَ إِلَيْهِ أَمْرُ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً لِيُحِلَّهَا لِزَوْجِهَا فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَقَالَ: " لَا تَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ إِلَّا بِنِكَاحِ رَغْبَةٍ غَيْرِ دَلِسَةٍ ".
Sulayman bin Yasar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The case of a man was brought to Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) who had married a woman with the purpose of making her lawful for her husband. He separated the two of them and said: Let it be a marriage out of genuine desire, without deceit.
