Bayhaqi 13957 — Reports on the saying of the Mighty and Majestic

Something similar is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) through another chain (via Sa'id bin Jubayr).
Imam al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated with his chain from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) the same meaning as the statement of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both).
