أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثنا الْمُعَلَّى يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عِرَاكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ أَرْبَعِ نِسْوَةٍ يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُنَّ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا، وَالْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا "، رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رُمْحٍ، عَنِ اللَّيْثِ.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he forbade combining four women (in marriage): a woman and her paternal aunt, and a woman and her maternal aunt.
