Bayhaqi 13941 — Reports on combining a woman and her paternal aunt
وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ الْبَصْرِيُّ " حَتَّى يُخْرِجَهَا مِنْ مِلْكِهِ أَوْ يُزَوِّجَهَا " أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ابْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا سَعْدَانُ، ثنا مُعَاذٌ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، فَذَكَرَهُ.
Al-Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Until he removes her from his ownership or marries her off."
