أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللهِ تَعَالَى: {وَلَا تَنْكِحُوا مَا نَكَحَ آبَاؤُكُمْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ} [النساء: ٢٢]، وَقَوْلِهِ: {وَحَلَائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمْ} [النساء: ٢٣] يَقُولُ: " كُلُّ امْرَأَةٍ تَزَوَّجَهَا أَبُوكَ أَوِ ابْنُكَ دَخَلَ بِهَا أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا فَهِيَ حَرَامٌ عَلَيْكَ ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), concerning the saying of Allah Almighty: "And do not marry those whom your fathers have married." [Surah al-Nisa: 22]
"And the wives of your sons." [Surah al-Nisa: 23] (said): Every woman whom your father or your son has married, whether he had intercourse with her or not, is forbidden to you.
"And the wives of your sons." [Surah al-Nisa: 23] (said): Every woman whom your father or your son has married, whether he had intercourse with her or not, is forbidden to you.
