أَنْبَأَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ إِجَازَةً أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثنا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ: اجْتَمَعَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى أَنَّ " الْمَمْلُوكَ لَا يَجْمَعُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ فَوْقَ اثْنَتَيْنِ ".
Al-Hakam said that the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) are agreed that no slave may marry more than two women.
