أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أنبأ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أنبأ أَبُو حَيَّانَ وَهُوَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ حَيَّانَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ: قَامَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ خَطِيبًا فَحَمِدَ اللهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: " أَمَّا بَعْدُ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَنِي رَسُولُ رَبِّي فَأُجِيبَهُ، وَإِنِّي تَارِكٌ فِيكُمُ الثَّقَلَيْنِ، أَوَّلُهُمَا كِتَابُ اللهِ فِيهِ الْهُدَى وَالنُّورُ، فَتَمَسَّكُوا بِكِتَابِ اللهِ وَخُذُوا بِهِ "، فَحَثَّ عَلَيْهِ وَرَغَّبَ فِيهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: " وَأَهْلُ بَيْتِي أُذَكِّرُكُمُ اللهَ فِي أَهْلِ بَيْتِي " قَالَ حُصَيْنٌ لِزَيْدٍ: وَمِنْ أَهِلِ بَيْتِهِ نِسَاؤُهُ مِنْ أَهِلِ بَيْتِهِ قَالَ: بَلَى إِنَّ نِسَاءَهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَهْلَ بَيْتِهِ مَنْ حُرِمَ الصَّدَقَةَ بَعْدَهُ قَالَ: وَمَنْ هُمْ قَالَ: آلُ عَلِيٍّ، وَآلُ عُقَيْلٍ، وَآلُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَآلُ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: كُلُّ هَؤُلَاءِ تَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الصَّدَقَةُ قَالَ: نَعَمْ " أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي حَيَّانَ، وَهَكَذَا بَنُو أَعَمَامِهِمْ مِنْ بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، بِدَلِيلِ مَا نَذْكُرُهُ فِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ⦗٤٩⦘ وَهَكَذَا بَنُو الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ، بِدَلِيلِ مَا رَوَيْنَا فِي الْحَدِيثِ الثَّابِتِ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " إِنَّمَا بَنُو الْمُطَّلِبِ، وَبَنُو هَاشِمٍ شَيْءٌ وَاحِدٌ " وَأَعْطَاهُمْ مِنْ سَهْمِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى.
(a) Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) said: One day the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up to deliver a sermon. He praised and glorified Allah, then said: "I am but a human being among you, and soon the angel of Allah will come to me and I will respond to him (that is, death). I am leaving among you two things: the first is the Book of Allah, in which there is light and guidance, so hold fast to the Book of Allah." Then he urged it and encouraged it, and then said: "And my household; I remind you of Allah regarding my household." Husayn said to Zayd: "Who are his household? Are his wives among his household?" He said: "Indeed his wives are among his household, but his household are those for whom charity is forbidden after him." He asked: "Who are they?" He said: "The family of Ali, the family of Aqil, the family of Ja'far and the family of Abbas." He asked: "Is charity forbidden for all of them?" He said: "Yes."
(b) Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Banu al-Muttalib and Banu Hashim are one and the same," and he gave them from the share of the near relatives.
(b) Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Banu al-Muttalib and Banu Hashim are one and the same," and he gave them from the share of the near relatives.
